Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded for transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
